The Penasco Panthers volleyball team (Penasco, NM), was dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Questa Wildcats (Questa, NM)

The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Pojoaque Valley was dropped by St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Escalante Lobos (Tierra Amarilla, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 8. Penasco will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Lobos enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Questa (Questa, NM).
