With the victory, Battle Mountain improves its record to 14-8 on the campaign. The Longhorns host North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA) to confront the Lakers in a 2A Northern challenge on Monday, February 6. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 7-12. North Tahoe won 71-41 in their recent league challenge against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV)

Next up, the Bobcats confront the Pahranagat Valley Panthers (Alamo, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. White Pine will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 21-2 record after their 59-22 league win over Beatty (Beatty, NV).
