StrengthsLiberty returns 7 starters from its OCC Central championship squad of 2025. The one loss is a big one, as 2nd Team all-Ohio player Izzy Matteo graduated as the program's all-time stolen base leader, and finished in the top five of several other career offensive categories.
Emily Chevalier returns to anchor an all-senior pitching staff. She will share the circle and first base with senior Mindy Schoen who saw significant time in the circle last year, as well as first base. Kailey McGinnis returns at second base and will also see pitching time, after her all-district season in 2025 as a junior. Aubrey Del Cecato anchors the infield at shortstop and will likely lead off after her all-district selection last year. Hailey Massie is the cleanup hitter and will play third base, as well as spell sophomore Avery Garrett at catcher. Garrett and Rylen DePaul started as freshmen last season and DePaul returns to play center field in 2026.

Seniors Emily Chevalier and Mindy Schoen return after doing most of the pitching in 2025. Chevalier mixes speed, movement and control, while Schoen relies on excellent movement. Chevalier will continue her career at NCAA Div. II power Univ. of Indianapolis. Senior Kailey McGinnis saw some innings last year, beating state-ranked Delware early in the season, and will also be called upon to pitch in 2026.
