Joe is a retired Navy Cryptologic/Intelligence Officer. While on Active Duty Joe photographed Naval Forces, Air and Surface, in support of his many deployments and overseas assignments. He began photography at a young age, developing and printing photographs from both home and commercial darkrooms. Joe, a former High School athlete himself, is an avid fan of all sports and is often seen in attendance, with camera, at various South and Central Texas sporting events. He has been published in Sports Illustrated, ESPN, Associated Press, and multiple stock photo agencies.
