A high school ankle injury ended my volleyball career and led me to sports photography. As I sat there on crutches, my coach handed me his camera and told me to shoot the game. A new passion was born. I spent the rest of my years at Point Loma High School shooting football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, anything that moved. Years later I went to work for a local photographer shooting little league games, and have been a MaxPreps photographer since 2006.
I love being a photographer. Photography is one of the great privileges of the modern age. It allows us to investigate, enlighten and excite. Through skill, experience, a whole lot of luck and a passion to tell the story, we capture those unique life moments that will never happen again. My purpose is to show you, amaze you, delight you, and never let you forget. I appreciate the opportunity MaxPreps has provided me to share my love of photography with all of you.
My sincere thanks to all the moms and dads who keep the grills fired up across San Diego county. I especially appreciate that.
