The Winner Warriors (Winner, SD) basketball knocked off the host Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Braves (Eagle Butte, SD), 72-57 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Warriors (6-7) will now prepare for their test against St. Francis Indian (St. Francis, SD). The Warriors go into the A District 13 test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, St. Francis Indian notched a victory over Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD), 87-79, in a non-league test.

The Braves now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host McLaughlin for a A District 11 test on Thursday, February 7. Cheyenne-Eagle Butte will encounter a Midgets squad coming off a 77-46 non-league loss to Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD). The Midgets record now stands at 2-14.
