The Mitchell Christian Golden Eagles basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Parkston Trojans to 32 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 9-5 record. They play next when they host White Lake for a B District 10 contest on Monday, January 31. Mitchell Christian will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 55-48 league loss to Hanson (Alexandria, SD). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-7.
The Trojans (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD). The Cougars come into the A District 10 contest with a 11-0 record. In their last contest, McCook Central/Montrose trounced Freeman (Freeman, SD), 79-36, in a non-league contest.
