NOTES:1. The Higher Region Finish Team will host in Games 1, 2, 3 & 42. If two teams finish in the same position in the region, the bracket will determine the host Games 1, 2, 3, & 43. Game 3 loser hosts Game 54. Game 7 will be played, if necessary, at the site of Game 6. Home team will be determined with a coin toss.
