If two teams have the same region finish, the bracket will determine the home team.If two same region finish teams met in 2020-21 as same region finish teams, the host school would automatically be the opposite of the 20-21 host.Upper State representative will be the Home team for the State Final. The Boys State Final will begin 25 minutes after the Girls State Final
