Evan racked up two RBIs on three hits for Ferris Yellowjackets Varsity. He singled in the first, third, and sixth innings. Fairfield couldn't get anything going so long as Evan was on the hill. Evan held Fairfield hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out five. Ferris Yellowjackets Varsity blew out Fairfield thanks to six hits, including zero extra base hits. Ferris Yellowjackets Varsity scored four runs in the third on a two-run single by Evan, an RBI single by Abrian Gonzales, and a passed ball.
