Coach Kenneth Cheeseman thinks the Panthers will be much improved with 21 starters returning and QB Derick Moody leading the offense. Three key WRs, Jordan Sume, Trevor Blackburn and Spencer Baier, are also back. Enrollment is on the decline, but with a solid passing game, and virtually everyone back, White Pass should move forward.
