The Butte County Pirates ran past the visiting Raft River Trojans basketball team by a final score of 51-42 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Challis Vikings (Challis, ID) in a 1A I High Desert game, on Tuesday, February 6. Butte County will attempt to move on its 16-4 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 10-9 record after their 56-32 non-league win over American Heritage (Idaho Falls, ID).
