Michigan High School Basketball - Ithaca fells Alma
January 20, 2015: Ithaca, MI 48847 Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Alma Panthers (Alma, MI), 47-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ithaca upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Merrill (Merrill, MI) to play the Vandals in a Tri-Valley - West bout on Thursday, January 22. The Vandals go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Merrill won 49-39 in their recent non-league bout against Coleman (Coleman, MI)
Next up, the Panthers play the Bullock Creek Lancers (Midland, MI) in a Tri-Valley - Central bout, on Friday, January 23. Alma will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 11-0 record after their 52-46 league win over Freeland (Freeland, MI).
