In Saturday's non-league outing, the South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA), by a margin of 78-39.

The Comets (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA). The Bears go into the non-league outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, Mountain View smashed Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA), 50-49, in a non-league outing.

The Black Knights now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Westwood for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 22. Central Gwinnett will clash with a Redhawks squad coming off a 61-52 non-league win over Spring Valley (Columbia, SC). The Redhawks record now stands at 12-0.
