Illinois High School Basketball - St. Elmo holds off Odin
February 15, 2011: St. Elmo, IL 62458 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. Elmo Eagles (St. Elmo, IL) and the visiting Odin Eagles (Odin, IL), saw St. Elmo's basketball squad hold off Odin by a count of 64-60.
With the victory, St. Elmo upgrades its record to 7-12 on the campaign. The Eagles host Beecher City (Beecher City, IL) to play the Eagles in a National Trail challenge on Friday, February 18. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-10. Beecher City lost 67-52 in their recent league challenge against Windsor (Windsor, IL)
Next up, the Eagles play the Grayville Bison (Grayville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 18. Odin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
