This week's Top 10 highest scoring games of the week feature a number of state records set in Utah and Texas. Read on for a breakdown of the weekend's wildest offensive shootouts.
174 points – Jordan (Sandy, Utah) 91, Taylorsville 83Jordan and Taylorsville combined for 1,752 yards with Jordan gaining a state record 926 yards. Taylorsville's 826 total yards ranks third all-time. Both Jordan quarterback

Dane Leituala had 11 touchdowns accounted for to establish a new state record. Wakley completed 20 of 25 passes for 491 yards and seven touchdowns and rushed 15 times for 247 yards and four scores. His 736 yards of total offense breaks the state mark of 694 yards set by former Jordan quarterback Austin Kafentzis. Leituala also broke Kafentzis's mark, finishing with 704 yards. He completed 26 of 46 passes for 495 yards and eight touchdowns and ran 25 times for 209 yards and three scores.
162 – Bishop Gorman (Tyler, Texas) 91, Ore City 71
Jake Smith threw for 693 yards and 10 touchdowns to lead the Texas Bishop Gorman.
153 – Andrews (Texas) 77, Levelland 76
Nick Gerber of Levelland had 672 yards and 10 touchdowns of total offense, but it wasn't enough to knock off Andrews. Gerber ran 15 times for 109 yards and a touchdown and also completed 31 of 44 passes for 563 yards and nine touchdowns. However, Andrews'
Triston Williams completed 27 of 45 passes for 401 yards and six scores and also ran for a pair of touchdowns. The game went into overtime tied at 70. Both teams scored in the extra period, but Levelland went for two points following its score and failed to convert.
132 – Fredonia/Elk Valley (Fredonia, Kan.) 74, Douglass 58
One week after losing 51-14, Fredonia gave up 58 points, but pulled out the win by scoring 74 points. The point total is the most since Fredonia defeated Northeast 63-0 in 2010.
131 – Cambridge Christian (Tampa, Fla.) 85, Indian Rocks Christian (Largo) 46
The Lancers piled up 776 yards of offense in the win, including 205 yards and five touchdowns rushing by
Andrew Cunningham.
124 – Patton (Morganton, N.C.) 72, Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro) 52
Joe Eakin ran for six touchdowns in the win, scoring from distances of 4, 68, 11, 27, 26 and 62 yards.

Parkway gained 812 yards of offense as the two teams combined for over 1,400 yards. Parkway receiver
Terrace Marshall caught six passes for 233 yards and four touchdowns in the win while
Robert McKnight had 225 yards rushing, including a 99-yard run from scrimmage. Quarterback
Justin Rogers had 378 yards passing and five touchdowns. For Lufkin, quarterback
Kordell Rodgers completed 25 of 35 passes for 350 yards and five touchdowns. Running back
Kahlil Brown ran for 234 yards and three touchdowns.

Manny Walker rushed for 436 yards and seven touchdowns to lead Southern Wayne in a loss to North Lenoir.
119 – Creston (Iowa) 70, Harlan 49
Chase Shiltz scored touchdowns five different ways for Creston as he ran for four scores, threw a touchdown pass and also had touchdowns on a kickoff return, a fumble return and a reception. He had 304 yards rushing on 27 carries.
