MaxPreps Cup 2013-14: Top 5 schools from each state
California, Alabama each have five schools with over 500 points.

Bentonville High of Arkansas finished as the No. 1 school in the
MaxPreps Cup final point totals
released late last month, but there were also 49 other winners at the state level.
The top five placewinners for each state are listed below. Schools are awarded points for winning, or playing in, state championship games (in some cases "section" championship games if there is no state tournament). Points are also awarded based on type of sport, size of the state and size the of school.
While California and Alabama were two states that did not have a school among the top 25 in the nation, both states had at least five schools finish with over 500 points.
