Will Blount runs record to 3-0 and earns the label "ace of staff". His 2 hit complete game gem was huge for the Bears in their 1st area game of the season. Covington got things going in the 1st with a RBI triple and then the Bears opened a can on the Wildcats in the second, scoring 7 runs on 3 timely hits from A.J.Snow, Brent Reed and Christain Snow. Each hit was a 2 run single. Blount added a sac-fly RBI in the 3rd. Bears go to 8-1 and are starting to get alittle swagger in their step.
