The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Baker Hornets (Mobile, AL) and the host Satsuma Gators (Satsuma, AL), saw Baker's volleyball squad beat Satsuma by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Baker upgrades its record to 5-6 on the year. The Hornets travel to Bayside Academy (Daphne, AL) to play the Admirals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 1. The Admirals go into the bout with a record of 7-4.

The Gators now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Daphne for a 6A Area 4 bout on Tuesday, September 1.
