However, establishing a culture and attitude for a team is paramount in creating a team environment that is beneficial to growth and progress. Being a young team, there is no other lady that I would want the team to follow than Ashlynn. Her commitment to excellence in the weight room, on the field, and in the classroom are all the qualities that a coach looks for in their players. She is the bar that the rest of the team should strive for, and there is no other athlete that we would want at the reigns than our 2018 season's captain."
