The Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ) basketball knocked off the host Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ), 47-36 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Coyotes (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Higley (Gilbert, AZ). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 3-8 record.

The Tigers now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Miami for a non-league test on Friday, December 27. Globe will encounter a Vandals squad coming off a 59-34 league loss to Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (Tucson, AZ). The Vandals record now stands at 4-5.
