Lena Kotrodimos's Bio

Hi, I'm Lena. Volleyball has not only shaped me as an athlete but also instilled in me values such as discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. I have honed my skills in various positions, including middle, outside hitter, right-side, and loudest cheerleader on the sidelines. I am always trying to be the best athlete I can be for my team, my coaches, and myself. When I'm not playing volleyball, I like to read, paddle board on the lake, and binge-watch a good show on Netflix.
