Senior Adrian Stubbs of Maryvale (Phoenix) broke the Arizona high school basketball single-game scoring record Tuesday night by scoring 100 points in a 109-25 victory over Kofa, according to multiple social media reports. Stubbs shattered the previous record of 75 points by George McCormick of Fredonia in 1966. He nearly tied the 60-year old mark by halftime as he reportedly piled up 70 points in the first 16 minutes.
