Dara Bowdon has been named player of the year. "Dara Bowdon has been the most committed player Williams High School has seen in a long time. Playing a MB her majority of her career she was pushed out to an OH for her Senior year. With practice and dedication she executed that position. Her hits were extremely accurate. This year she also played the entire rotation, never having step foot in back row before, she ended up being second in digs for our team. She serves with a 94% accuracy, missing maybe 1 a match. She is amongst the top 15 for hitting in the D5 Section 3. Her leadership skills were impressive and her love for the game spread to the whole team. "
