The Adelanto Saints baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Barstow Aztecs to 1 in the Saints league win on Thursday.

The Saints now hold a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they host Granite Hills for a Desert Sky test on Tuesday, April 7. Adelanto will play a Cougars team coming off a 7-0 league win over Silverado (Victorville, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Barstow moves to 7-6 on the season. The Aztecs host Victor Valley (Victorville, CA) to play the Jackrabbits in a Desert Sky test on Tuesday, April 7. The Jackrabbits go into the test with a record of 6-8. Victor Valley won 5-1 in their recent league test against Silverado (Victorville, CA)
