California High School Basketball - Apple Valley tipped by Serrano
The Serrano Diamondbacks basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Apple Valley Sun Devils to 58 in the Diamondbacks league triumph on Wednesday.
The Diamondbacks now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hesperia for a Mojave River contest on Friday, December 18. Serrano will confront a Scorpions team coming off a 72-55 league win over Sultana (Hesperia, CA). The Scorpions record now stands at 4-2.
The Sun Devils (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Rim of the World (Lake Arrowhead, CA). The Fighting Scots enter the Mojave River contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Rim of the World was nudged by Sultana (Hesperia, CA), 70-61, in a league contest.
