The Etna Lions basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Burney Raiders to 38 in the Lions league win on Friday.

The Lions now own a 10-10 record. They play next when they host Fall River for a Shasta Cascade game on Tuesday, January 31. Etna will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-50 league loss to Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-11.

The Raiders (9-7) will now prepare for their game against Weed (Weed, CA). The Cougars enter the Shasta Cascade game with a 11-9 record. In their last game, Weed trounced Bishop Quinn (Palo Cedro, CA), 56-54, in a league game.
