With the win, Corning upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Orland (Orland, CA) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 6. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Orland won 49-44 in their recent non-league bout against Durham (Durham, CA)

Next up, the Honkers encounter the Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 20. Willows will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 64-39 non-league win over Colusa (Colusa, CA).
