With the victory, Corona improves its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Santiago (Corona, CA) to play the Sharks in a Big VIII challenge on Tuesday, January 13. The Sharks come into the challenge with a record of 14-1. Santiago won 72-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Grand Terrace (Grand Terrace, CA)

Next up, the Bears play the Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 10. Poly will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 72-32 non-league win over Rialto (Rialto, CA).
