With the victory, Paramount upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Pirates host Gahr (Cerritos, CA) to clash with the Gladiators in a San Gabriel Valley test on Wednesday, January 27. The Gladiators go into the test with a record of 17-3. Gahr won 85-46 in their recent league test against Warren (Downey, CA)

The Dons now own a 4-11 record. They take the field next when they host Rolling Hills Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, January 23. Dominguez will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 53-51 league loss to New Roads (Santa Monica, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 10-9.
