In Tuesday's league outing, the Gridley Bulldogs (Gridley, CA) basketball squad beat the host Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA), by a margin of 54-43.

The Bulldogs (11-8) will now prepare for their outing against Winters (Winters, CA). The Warriors go into the Butte View outing with a 4-16 record. In their last outing, Winters was beaten by Orland (Orland, CA), 62-32, in a league outing.

The Pirates now own a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sutter for a Butte View outing on Friday, January 30. Wheatland will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 60-41 league win over Las Plumas (Oroville, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 14-4.
