Ramona Rams (Riverside, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Poly Bears (Riverside, CA), 43-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ramona upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Rams host Moreno Valley (Moreno Valley, CA) to play the Vikings in a Inland Valley bout on Tuesday, December 15. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Moreno Valley won 54-52 in their recent non-league bout against Rialto (Rialto, CA)

Next up, the Bears play the Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA) in a Big VIII bout, on Wednesday, January 6. Poly will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record.
