Amani Proctor has been named player of the year. "Amani is a 3 Time Player of the Year in the Tri-River Athletic Conference. She hit .530 this year with 48 runs scored. She is the Buchanan Career record holder in hits and funds scored. She is also tied with Andrea Duran for 4th place all time in hits for the CIF Central Section. She will attend UC San Diego next year and play softball."
