Player of the Year
Katelin Duer has been named player of the year. "She is a four year Varsity player and has earned All-League First Team awards her Freshman through Junior year and became MVP her senior year. Katelin was named team captain starting her sophomore year and all the way to her senior year. She has so much knowledge of the game and her leadership ability has helped carry her team to the farthest the volleyball program has ever gone in Colfax history. She is a great student, her GPA is over a 4.0 and when it comes time to graduate (May) she will also be earning her Bi-literacy pendant as well. She has applied to some top schools here on the west coast such as Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, University of Oregon, Oregon State University, and University of San Diego. She has already been accepted into the Oregon schools and is awaiting responses for the California schools. Great all-around person on and off the court as well as in and outside of the classroom!"
