Hi! my name is Ava Speights, I am a 2025 Attacker and Midfielder for Frenzy LC Nat 24/25 and Arnold O. Beckman High school. My love for lacrosse started when I first picked up a stick in 8th grade, ever since, it has played a major role my life and in becoming who I am today. I am a coachable and gritty player that isn't afraid to work hard! I am a confident leader and communicator on the field with a high lax IQ. I am a starting varsity player and was first team all league my sophomore year.
