Jose Garcia has been named player of the year. "Such an awesome year from my whole team! However this season wouldn't have been the same without our fantastic goal keeper, Junior, Jose Garcia. From day one Jose showed his motivation to better himself not only as a keeper but as a team player as well. He brought so much positivity to our team which offered a lot of support and growth as a team. Jose has shown what commitment and drive really looks like and his attitude and grit rubbed off on many of the players. As a goal keeper Garcia had a very special view of the field, he knew how to read the through balls and when to come out and challenge the ball. His communication was key for our team and our defensive line. I am very proud of all his hard work and dedication he has put forth the team and himself as an individual. He is a fantastic young man who I have had the pleasure of coaching for three consecutive years, and I know he is ready to have a successful Senior year. Way to go Jose, thank you for an incredible season."
