The Mariners now own a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they host San Lorenzo Valley for a Santa Cruz Coast challenge on Thursday, April 14. Aptos will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Scotts Valley (Scotts Valley, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Soquel falls to 5-8 on the campaign. The Knights host St. Francis (Watsonville, CA) to battle the Sharks in a Santa Cruz Coast challenge on Thursday, April 14. The Sharks enter the challenge with a record of 1-11. St. Francis lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Soledad (Soledad, CA)
