The Aztecs now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Academy of Careers & Exploration for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 15.

With the loss, El Monte falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Lions host Baldwin Park (Baldwin Park, CA) to battle the Braves in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 10. The Braves enter the challenge with a record of 1-0.
