The Longhorns now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gunnison for a 3A Western Slope battle on Friday, February 12. Basalt will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 73-57 league win over Olathe (Olathe, CO). The Cowboys record now stands at 7-8.

The Panthers (7-11) will now prepare for their battle against Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO). The Devils come into the 4A Western Slope battle with a 5-12 record. In their last battle, Eagle Valley dropped by Rifle (Rifle, CO), 55-49, in a league battle.
