Kassidy DiRezza has been named player of the year. "I am excited and honored to announce that Kassidy DiRezza has been awarded the 2013 Player Of The Year for La Junta High School. Kassidy lead the team in digs (348), digs per set (4.9), service receptions (394), kills per set (2.2), hitting percentage (0.314), and was 2nd on the team in assists with a total of 32. She was voted Team Captain by her teammates, was selected to the Tri-Peaks All Conference - First Team, and selected to the 2013 All State Team. I could not be more proud of Kassidy on her numerous awards and accomplishments. I feel both blessed and greatly fortunate to have had the opportunity to Coach Kassidy DiRezza for her senior and final season in a La Junta Tiger uniform. Congratulations Kassidy on this well deserved honor! Coach Heath"
