Thalia Guardiola

Thalia Guardiola has been named player of the year. "Congrats to our Thalia Guardiola as she was named our 2019-20 MVP, Thalia led the team both on and off the floor, stepping up her game to finish #1 in 6 major stat categories, that included plus/minus, points, steals, assists, blocked shots and deflections. Thalia helped lead the team to a 20-5 record, and a second straight Colorado League Championship, and to our 5th straight Class 4A state playoffs. Thalia was a player each team had to prepare for as she impacted our team in many ways, but more importantly defensively, as she had a personal effect of stopping our opponents 267 times,(defensive rebound, steal, deflection, or blocked shot), she also influenced 36% of our teams scoring, w/422 influenced points (Pts scored and assists). This lead to our Colorado League honoring Thalia as one of our top players with a 1st Team, All Colorado league selection and coaches across 4A gave her recognition to be named Honorable Mention All-State in a super talented 4A classification."
