Connecticut High School Basketball - Trumbull can't hold off Norwalk
The Norwalk Bears basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Trumbull Golden Eagles to 66 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.
The Bears now sport a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to McMahon for a Fairfield County contest on Friday, February 13. Norwalk will meet a Senators team coming off a 50-48 league win over Wilton (Wilton, CT). The Senators record now stands at 6-9.
The Golden Eagles (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against New Canaan (New Canaan, CT). The Rams enter the Fairfield County contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, New Canaan nudged Westhill (Stamford, CT), 52-40, in a league contest.
