At the age of three Steven Mendoza started his football passion as a wide receiver for the Yonkers Knights. A small team in the local community he grew up in (Yonkers, N.Y.). He found a new love within the sport and pursued being a Quarterback which he has excelled in. Steven played Quarterback for the Bronx Falcons and great things came from the start of this position. The beginning of his sophomore year his family moved to Connecticut.
