Staples quarterback accounted for over 3,500 yards of total offense and 47 touchdowns.

Highlights of Staples (Westport, CT) 21-20 win over West Haven (CT) in the Class LL state championship. Senior quarterback Caleb Smith finished 84 yards passing to go with 18 carries for 97 yards and three touchdowns.
