Lauren Singer has been named player of the year. "Senior captain and setter Lauren Singer is the voice of encouragement for her teammates. Whether cheering a kill or complimenting an effort, her upbeat communication is constant. In addition to her on-court leadership, her stats helped lead the Cubs to a successful season. Lauren had a team leading 38.9 kill % and a hitting % of 24.8. She led the team in aces with an ace % of 20.7 and finished 2nd in points earned on serve. She averaged 0.5 blocks per set, 2.1 digs per set and 6.1 assists per set. Congratulations, Lauren, on a great year and a great high school volleyball career. "
