Brent Holcombe has been named player of the year. "For the last 9 years, this awards has been given to player that has excel in their position and are recognized by all coaches in the county. For four years, he had to manage two sports running at the same time, a loaded academic curriculum & the high expectations that come with his athleticism and position. It has not been an easy road but this season he accomplished something no volleyball player at Coral Reef had. He finished this season ranked #36 in the Nation and the #1 in the State of Florida with 89 total blocks. Congratulations Brent!"
