Phoebe Lackey

Phoebe Lackey has been named player of the year. "Phoebe earned MVP once for second straight year as a sophomore. She was chosen both by players and coaches unanimously. She is very much an utility player. She is very versatile and can play every position. As a freshman she played stopper. This past year she played forward early in the season and scored 5 goals and numerous assists with 3 game winning goals. Once the team got healthy she dropped back to midfield and centered and anchored both the offense and defense. She controlled the center and lead the team with assists but invariably she could shut down any player. She is simply amazing and will only get better. "
