The Central Chargers basketball team (Macon, GA), was nudged 52-51 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Jackson Red Devils (Jackson, GA)
The Red Devils now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Americus-Sumter for a AAA Region 2 battle on Friday, December 11. Jackson will battle a Panthers team coming off a 55-38 league win over Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
The Chargers (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA). The Knights come into the AAA Region 2 battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Upson-Lee was nudged by Americus-Sumter (Americus, GA), 55-38, in a league battle.
