The Perry Panthers basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Howard Huskies to 54 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 18-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 16. Perry will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 86-67 non-league loss to Liberty County (Hinesville, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-8.
The Huskies (11-15) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty County (Hinesville, GA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 23-1 record. In their last contest, Liberty County edged Thomson (Thomson, GA), 86-67, in a non-league contest.
