Ku Htaw has been named player of the year. "First I would like to mention that Ku is the most coachable athlete I have ever met. She easily takes instruction and flawlessly implements them into her routine. Ku was instrumental in the success of our team this year. She was switched from her normal position of librero to setter this year because we needed her. Her hestitation about changing positions was heart felt. However, Ku was a true trooper and delivered for her team. With her guidance our team made it to state play-offs for the first time in our school's history. This is why I chose Ku as player of the year."
